Dries De Weyngaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Thys Geraerts made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Dynamo Marx's Georges Verheugen got a free kick in the 7th minute. Bavo Van Dessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boris Musseeuw in the 8th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Ronald Theys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bavo Van Dessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, Olympus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesse Van Adorp came free, but Bavo Van Dessel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boris Musseeuw blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bavo Van Dessel having to make a save. Bavo Van Dessel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boris Musseeuw, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. A collision led to Dynamo Marx getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Jesse Van Adorp hit a great ball. Thys Geraerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simon Kindt in the 24th minute of play. If Ronald Theys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Floris Van de Poel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bavo Van Dessel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Theys in the 37th minute of the match. In the 43rd minute Glen Imbreghts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bavo Van Dessel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute Simon Kindt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thys Geraerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Dries De Weyngaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Floris Van de Poel made a kick off. Jesse Van Adorp kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 54th minute Floris Van de Poel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thys Geraerts saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Dynamo Marx booed when Olympus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Uncu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Olympus FC's Hans Windelinckx got a free kick in the 56th minute. Boris Musseeuw could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Bavo Van Dessel made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hans Windelinckx during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th match minute, Olympus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans Windelinckx to maneuver through the defense. Thys Geraerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Floris Van de Poel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bavo Van Dessel came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dynamo Marx's Boris Musseeuw. But to his dismay, Boris Musseeuw quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Olympus FC's Bavo Van Dessel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesse Van Adorp in the 75th minute of play. Thys Geraerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Floris Van de Poel in the 78th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Olympus FC's 楚军雄 got a free kick in the 80th minute. A collision led to Dynamo Marx getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Tommas Verhaghe hit a great ball. Thys Geraerts stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Floris Van de Poel's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After 89 minutes of play, Olympus FC's Simon Kindt made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thys Geraerts was left in no man's land by his defense there! With 94 minutes on the clock, Harold Ruttens commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
