Sebbe Adriaens hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Jonas Örnberg fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 13th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball bounced in the crossbar and then went out. It was a very nice shot. In the 15th minute Edgard Godefroid shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andy Petersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andy Petersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantijn Kingsgaard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantijn Kingsgaard in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andy Petersson saved Speurdonk from getting behind. After 30 minutes of play, FC Achterheide's Geert-Jan Geraerts made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andy Petersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th match minute, FC Achterheide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantijn Kingsgaard to maneuver through the defense. Andy Petersson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geert-Jan Geraerts went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgard Godefroid to strike the kick off in the second half. Speurdonk's Andy Petersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Speurdonk from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrez Isebergh got free with Andy Petersson in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Speurdonk's Andy Petersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Speurdonk from getting a goal against them. 56 minutes into the match, Speurdonk's goalkeeper Andy Petersson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Constantijn Kingsgaard. Speurdonk's Andy Petersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Masculier in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantijn Kingsgaard got free with Andy Petersson in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Geert-Jan Geraerts kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andy Petersson. That made the score 0-8 in the 88 minute of play. Andy Petersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantijn Kingsgaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. FC Achterheide's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
