All Stars Gent's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantijn Kingsgaard was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Jerom Van Landschoot kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Edgard Godefroid took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eser Şemsi. Eser Şemsi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 29th match minute, FC Achterheide was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ben van Haecht to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Achterheide getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ben van Haecht hit a great ball. All Stars Gent's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Christiaan Elsen in the 36th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Esterilla Van Meenen to score against Timmy Standaerts in FC Achterheide's goal. 1-2 after 37 minutes. After some careless play in the All Stars Gent defense, Constantijn Kingsgaard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eser Şemsi. The All Stars Gent fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eser Şemsi should have stopped the shot. Eser Şemsi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Godefroid in the 44th minute of play. Edgard Godefroid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geert-Jan Geraerts to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geert-Jan Geraerts got free with Eser Şemsi in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantijn Kingsgaard in the 70th minute of play forced All Stars Gent's goalkeeper Eser Şemsi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Achterheide made a substitution. Gregoire Candries replaced Leon Clement. FC Achterheide's Timmy Standaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esterilla Van Meenen in the 77th minute of play. Timmy Standaerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joop Mesmaeckers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Geert-Jan Geraerts got free with Eser Şemsi in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd minute, Edgard Godefroid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of FC Achterheide booed when All Stars Gent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Didier Beekman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The All Stars Gent supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Achterheide's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Achterheide.
