An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommie Debock in the 11th minute of play forced Rani Boys's goalkeeper Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillaume Borginions's late challenge caught a Rani Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rani Boys's Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Rani Boys from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Tommie Debock took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester to make any attempt to save it. In the 34th minute, Leon Smekens ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Leon Smekens scored 6-0 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryan Bruyninckx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Tommie Debock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Diedrik Reiniers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommie Debock, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
