The Temsbroek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Goethals should have stopped the shot. In the 5th minute, Ants Laanemets got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Scorpions United's Bruno Cortens got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 11 minutes into the game, Scorpions United's Bruno Cortens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Goethals made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 15 minutes of play Temsbroek's Jean De Vos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Temsbroek's Jean De Vos got a free kick in the 16th minute. Ants Laanemets succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. After 24 minutes, Bruno Cortens made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Temsbroek's Jonathan Goethals tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Evert Gustafsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 30th match minute, Scorpions United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roar Magnus to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Cortens let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 35th minute shot 5-0 at rihgt post. Scorpions United's Han Zhen Han played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar De Vorster in the 38th minute of play. Temsbroek's Jonathan Goethals played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ants Laanemets in the 45th minute of play. Bruno Cortenss short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Jonathan Goethals to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Goethals made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Cortens in the 51st minute of play. Jonathan Goethals took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ants Laanemets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Han Zhen Han tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruno Cortens scored 9-0 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Goethals, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Goethals stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ants Laanemets's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. Han Zhen Han made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel in the 76th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Temsbroek got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Van Ghele. 10-0 became the score in the 82nd minute when Ants Laanemets elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jonathan Goethals showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ants Laanemets in the 84th minute of the match. When Bruno Cortens came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Scorpions United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Cortens couldn't finish the play. Temsbroek's Jonathan Goethals played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Cortens in the 91st minute of play. Scorpions United's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Evert Van Cleijnenbreugel 93 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 10-1. There was no doubt that Scorpions United were the better team. Scorpions United's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
