After 11 played minutes FC Klavertje Vier got a freekick which was hit by Goodness Talents. Corneel Coussement's late challenge caught a FC Klavertje Vier's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Corneel Coussement helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Klavertje Vier booed when Temsbroek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Corneel Coussement didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goodness Talents took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Goethals. Jonathan Goethals dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. When Corneel Coussement was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. In the 23rd minute, one of Temsbroek:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Temsbroek. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zinon Potamias in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Goethals prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zinon Potamias took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Goethals. Jonathan Goethals dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zinon Potamias in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Goethals prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pierrot Leenpoels struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Goethals didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Klavertje Vier. In the 46th minute Zinon Potamias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Goethals saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

In the 50th match minute, FC Klavertje Vier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pierrot Leenpoels to maneuver through the defense. If Pierrot Leenpoels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The FC Klavertje Vier fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when FC Klavertje Vier's Zinon Potamias looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience was convinced that Zinon Potamias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Goethals was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Jonathan Goethals showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinon Potamias, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, Temsbroek's goal looked a bit too open when Zinon Potamias came free, but Jonathan Goethals reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
