The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pierrot Leenpoels received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Tommas De Vleeschauwere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Klavertje Vier's Xavier Verhaeghen got control of the ball when Dito da Cunha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilliam Deckers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Xavier Verhaeghen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the FC Margi defense, Zinon Potamias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tommas De Vleeschauwere. The FC Margi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tommas De Vleeschauwere should have stopped the shot. Dito da Cunha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Xavier Verhaeghen made a huge save. In the 19th minute Man Dekker suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. 19 minutes into the game, Gilliam Deckers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Margi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Klavertje Vier the free kick. Gilliam Deckers kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 21st minute, Zinon Potamias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tommas De Vleeschauwere was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 24th minute of the game Willy Van de Goor made a throw-in which Romain Van den Berge played forward. Tommas De Vleeschauwere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierrot Leenpoels, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Tommas De Vleeschauwere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Goodness Talents in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, FC Klavertje Vier's goal looked a bit too open when Pieter-Jan Buelens came free, but Xavier Verhaeghen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tommas De Vleeschauwere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Potamias in the 42nd minute of the match. Tommas De Vleeschauwere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zinon Potamias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommas De Vleeschauwere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierrot Leenpoels in the 43rd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, FC Margi's goal looked a bit too open when Pierrot Leenpoels came free, but Tommas De Vleeschauwere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Zinon Potamias made the kick off in the second half. Tommas De Vleeschauwere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zinon Potamias, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes FC Margi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romain Van den Berge who took care of the corner kick. Tommas De Vleeschauwere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Goodness Talents went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Dito da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 65th minute Zinon Potamias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommas De Vleeschauwere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Octave Andriesens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Klavertje Vier made a substitution. Bertrand Sielens replaced Iwan Marchefka. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when A.J. 张苞 put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of FC Margi:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Klavertje Vier:s goal. FC Margi:s Tommas De Vleeschauwere showed great skill when he stopped Romain Van den Berge:s penalty. Tommas De Vleeschauwere made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pierrot Leenpoels in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dito da Cunha in the 76th minute of play forced FC Klavertje Vier's goalkeeper Xavier Verhaeghen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Margi's Tommas De Vleeschauwere proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save FC Margi from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute, FC Klavertje Vier's Romain Van den Berge ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tommas De Vleeschauwere. Tommas De Vleeschauwere yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 86th minute, Zabal Ubeda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xavier Verhaeghen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dito da Cunha in the 87th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierrot Leenpoels in the 89th minute of play forced FC Margi's goalkeeper Tommas De Vleeschauwere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Zinon Potamias reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tommas De Vleeschauwere. The goal made the score 0-5. Tommas De Vleeschauwere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Potamias in the 96th minute of the match. FC Klavertje Vier's Xavier Verhaeghen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pieter-Jan Buelens in the 98th minute of play. FC Klavertje Vier played a much better game than FC Margi and deserved their victory. The FC Margi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
