A throw-in in the 10th minute of the game was made by Brent Desmet with Christian Kellbom as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 14 minutes into the game, Jeremie Reijniers recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hans-Joachim Amerhauser. Jeremie Reijniers showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 16th minute Jeremie Reijniers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Jeremie Reijniers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Forza Heppenbach's zone, Kęstutis Survila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser came out of the goal and Kęstutis Survila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Forza Heppenbach's goalkeeper Hans-Joachim Amerhauser, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jeremie Reijniers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, North Hill United's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser threw himself towards the right post 26 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jeremie Reijniers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jeremie Reijniers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremie Reijniers came free, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. North Hill United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kęstutis Survila in the 41st minute. If Hondo De Hond had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joos Teurfs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bryan Kant in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute, North Hill United's Jeremie Reijniers dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bryan Kant's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Joos Teurfs firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some careless play in the Forza Heppenbach defense, Jeremie Reijniers kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hans-Joachim Amerhauser. The Forza Heppenbach fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hans-Joachim Amerhauser should have stopped the shot. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Forza Heppenbach's Hans-Joachim Amerhauser played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremie Reijniers in the 65th minute of play. North Hill United's Carel Impens was substituted for Kęstutis Survila. Forza Heppenbach were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after North Hill United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bryan Kant took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Bryan Kant got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joos Teurfs quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 俞岩寒 got in the 70th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Joos Teurfs handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 81st minute Jeremie Reijniers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Joachim Amerhauser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Christian Kellbom took a quick shot and it went in 3-3 without a chance for Joos Teurfs to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of Forza Heppenbach booed when North Hill United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steff Berckmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremie Reijniers, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 96th minute, Jeremie Reijniers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans-Joachim Amerhauser was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the Forza Heppenbach players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for North Hill United.
