Endel Darmer made in the 15th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by North Hill United's Tommi Van Der Meren. In the 15th match minute, KFC Vliegplein was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paul-Louis Jannes to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Onur Kaya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joos Teurfs was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeremie Reijniers stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes KFC Vliegplein got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Clijsters. In the 52nd minute, Dre Toeback hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. North Hill United's Joos Teurfs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitri Fouquet in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, North Hill United's goal looked a bit too open when Philipp Van Emelen came free, but Joos Teurfs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by North Hill United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. During this time KFC Vliegplein's players had a chance to rest. 64 minutes in the game, Dimitri Fouquet dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. North Hill United made a substitution. Alexander Tan replaced Kęstutis Survila. North Hill United's Nils De Geutter was substituted for Tiberiu Florescu. Joos Teurfs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitri Fouquet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Tan in the 70th minute of play forced KFC Vliegplein's goalkeeper Henk Pijps to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 71 minutes into the match, KFC Vliegplein's goal looked a bit too open when Hondo De Hond came free, but Henk Pijps reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
