In the 9thth minute of the game Davi Sanches who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zero Gravity's Vincent Vanger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Portus Ganda getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jüri Djorkaeff hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ritchie Schepmans during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ritchie Schepmans kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Davi Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vincent Vanger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Jacobs in the 24th minute of play forced Portus Ganda's goalkeeper Tony Vanbuyten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Davi Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Vanbuyten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikolaj Ratulowski in the 29th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davi Sanches was the one to do the kick off. Rolf Jacobs blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tony Vanbuyten having to make a save. If Davi Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 played minutes Zero Gravity got a freekick which was hit by Rik Vissenaeckens. The supporters of Zero Gravity booed when Portus Ganda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jüri Djorkaeff didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 minutes Zero Gravity's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jüri Djorkaeff who took care of the corner kick. In the 77th match minute, Portus Ganda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davi Sanches to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Portus Ganda booed when Zero Gravity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pierre-Paul Serneels didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Hamdi Yaren struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Tony Vanbuyten didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zero Gravity. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Joonatan Van Landewijck managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portus Ganda's supporters rose to their feet, but Joonatan Van Landewijck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vincent Vanger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehmet Hamdi Yaren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Vanbuyten having to interfere. In the 88th minute of the match, Joonatan Van Landewijck tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vincent Vanger saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Vincent Vanger made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Davi Sanches sent off a good shot on target. Portus Ganda's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
