Reinard Hennes ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 23rd minute Reinard Hennes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulises Steven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robertinho Carabajal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Roland Vanden Broucke made a huge save. In the 26thth minute of the game Reinard Hennes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ulises Steven stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reinard Hennes's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Roland Vanden Broucke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robertinho Carabajal in the 30th minute of the match. Robertinho Carabajal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Vanden Broucke having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Twelve Ravens got a freekick which was hit by Yanick Goosens. The long shot by Clóvis Bittencourt in the 43rd minute really tested Roland Vanden Broucke's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 46th minute, Joseph Smits ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Roland Vanden Broucke was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Reinard Hennes to make the kick off. Leo Verstappen kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Leo Verstappen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roland Vanden Broucke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Smits, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The throw-in from Tang Di Nan in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Twelve Ravens's Lennart De Coster. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Van Hinnendael in the 83rd minute of play forced AFC Koolkerke's goalkeeper Ulises Steven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AFC Koolkerke's Ulises Steven proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Koolkerke from getting a goal against them. After 90 played minutes Twelve Ravens got a freekick which was hit by Leo Verstappen. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
