Greco Sejfović scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gašpar Zaimović, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Greco Sejfovićs short, quick shot in the 8thth minute got Gašpar Zaimović to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With a little luck, Cizma HRK's Gašpar Zaimović got control of the ball when Greco Sejfović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gašpar Zaimović made an important save on a dangerous shot by Greco Sejfović in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Galasici HRK's goal looked a bit too open when Bakir Oštraković came free, but Jule Klaić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Galasici HRK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ehliman Jurić to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Senaid Zvoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jule Klaić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Bakir Oštraković notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Galasici HRK's Jule Klaić. Jule Klaić was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 35th minute, Soni Vignjević got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th match minute, Cizma HRK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milenko Nezić to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes Galasici HRK got a freekick which was hit by Blažko Hržić. After 44 played minutes, Cizma HRK's Slađan Gavrić shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jule Klaić came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cizma HRK reached it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bakir Oštraković to make the kick off. When Adnan Angić fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Galasici HRK's protests and gave Adnan Angić a yellow card for diving instead. Ajnur Orsolić sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ajnur Orsolić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jule Klaić made a huge save. After some careless play in the Galasici HRK defense, Bakir Oštraković kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jule Klaić. The Galasici HRK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jule Klaić should have stopped the shot. Blažko Hržić kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 2-3 became the score in the 69th minute when Greco Sejfović elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bakir Oštraković's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jule Klaić read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Milenko Nezić hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Gašpar Zaimović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Soni Vignjević, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Greco Sejfović sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jule Klaić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milenko Nezić in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Senaid Zvoko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cizma HRK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-4. Jule Klaić took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bakir Oštraković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Cizma HRK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cizma HRK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
