After 6 played minutes, Reittern's Matthias Wons shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Karsten Eggenfeld came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Reittern reached it. The audience was convinced that Daniel Tschida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karsten Eggenfeld was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. A collision led to Reittern getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aaron Allen hit a great ball. In the 15th minute, Gerrit Woltera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 16 minutes, Niels Lehmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prossegg FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niels Lehmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niels Lehmann in the 19th minute of play forced Reittern's goalkeeper Hans-Dieter Reichert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Tschida struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Karsten Eggenfeld didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Reittern. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Niels Lehmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prossegg FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Niels Lehmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hans-Dieter Reichert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 28th minute of the game. One of Reittern:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Prossegg FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Prossegg FC's Marko Reiter got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hans-Dieter Reichert. Niels Lehmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Hans-Dieter Reichert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Niels Lehmann took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hans-Dieter Reichert to make any attempt to save it. Hans-Dieter Reichert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Peter Schreyer in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Reittern's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Niels Lehmann fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 64th match minute, Prossegg FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kai Rockstein to maneuver through the defense. Hans-Dieter Reichert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niels Lehmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Ulrich-Jürgen Edlingers short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Karsten Eggenfeld to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Gregor Kloop managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reittern's supporters rose to their feet, but Gregor Kloop was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karsten Eggenfeld breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 2-1 became the score in the 83rd minute when Daniel Tschida elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hans-Dieter Reichert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Schreyer in the 88th minute of the match. Carsten-Alexander Beilstein kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Reittern's Gregor Kloop got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Prossegg FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
