Xesc Labarra started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Holger Häfeli in the 3rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Hollywood's Elias Pätzold. A hard shot 6 in the game by Sören Bergmann from a close distance when the talented Maximino Ticho managed to make a qualified save. FC Hollywood's players were relieved. 8 minutes into the match, Xesc Labarra notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lanzenkirchen's Karl-Åke Brummer. Karl-Åke Brummer was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Siggman in the 15th minute of play forced Lanzenkirchen's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Brummer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Demesio got free with Maximino Ticho in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Maximino Ticho made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Victorio Demesio sent off a good shot on target. After 27 played minutes Lanzenkirchen got a freekick which was hit by Holger Häfeli. FC Hollywood's Maximino Ticho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Stackevičius in the 29th minute of play. After 37 minutes of play, FC Hollywood's Xesc Labarra made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Åke Brummer was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Lanzenkirchen's Victorio Demesio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximino Ticho. Maximino Ticho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. In the 48th minute of the match Lanzenkirchen got a corner. FC Hollywood's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Einar Vandborg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorio Demesio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Maximiliano Stackevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Åke Brummer was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xesc Labarra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 55 minute of play. The Lanzenkirchen fans' excitement grew in the 64th match minute when Lanzenkirchen's Maximiliano Stackevičius looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lanzenkirchen's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Brummer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Xesc Labarra took a quick shot and it went in 3-5 without a chance for Karl-Åke Brummer to make any attempt to save it. Lanzenkirchen's Clis PayµN was substituted for Jonas Fielmann. If Xesc Labarra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Xesc Labarra in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Karl-Åke Brummer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Maximino Ticho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Demesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Einar Vandborg didn't quite understand what happened when in the 84 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. 86 minutes into the match, FC Hollywood's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Freytag came free, but Maximino Ticho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Ticho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Schüddekopf in the 87th minute of the match. Xesc Labarra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Åke Brummer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute Roland Freytag shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Ticho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Hollywood eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
