Spectators: 8174 (Terracing: 6132, Seating: 1880, VIP seats: 162) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bomikaze Cassim kicked off to start the match. FC Nabaiep's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Shaheed Nomvete 4 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. In the 14thth minute of the game Shaheed Nomvete who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Nabaiep's Simamane Ntsume was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shaheed Nomvete in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simamane Ntsume saved FC Nabaiep from getting behind. Simamane Ntsume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shaheed Nomvete in the 18th minute of play. Simamane Ntsume didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Through an outstanding action, after 22 minutes, Simamane Ntsume successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 27th match minute, FC Nabaiep was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Takalani Konza to maneuver through the defense. Shaheed Nomvete had several of the FC Nabaiep's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Simamane Ntsume as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 33 played minutes FC Nabaiep got a freekick which was hit by Silas Kerns. Simamane Ntsume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaheed Nomvete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Shaheed Nomvete got free with Simamane Ntsume in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Basil Dube fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simamane Ntsume having to interfere. Simamane Ntsume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaheed Nomvete, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Shaheed Nomvete made a kick off. In the 51st minute Shaheed Nomvete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simamane Ntsume saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Louden's Shaheed Nomvete got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simamane Ntsume stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shaheed Nomvete's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. 59 minutes into the match, FC Nabaiep's goal looked a bit too open when Basil Dube came free, but Simamane Ntsume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Nabaiep's Simamane Ntsume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaheed Nomvete in the 64th minute of play. Albert Thabang hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shaheed Nomvete in the 66th minute of play forced FC Nabaiep's goalkeeper Simamane Ntsume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Shaheed Nomvete put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Simamane Ntsume. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Shaheed Nomvete in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simamane Ntsume saved FC Nabaiep from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, FC Nabaiep's goal looked a bit too open when Phillip Roberts came free, but Simamane Ntsume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shaheed Nomvete in the 86th minute of play forced FC Nabaiep's goalkeeper Simamane Ntsume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Nabaiep's Simamane Ntsume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phillip Roberts in the 86th minute of play. If Shaheed Nomvete had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. FC Nabaiep's Ivan Setlaba got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Louden's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
