Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Lucian Lăzăroiu made the kick off which started today's match. After some careless play in the Viitorul Berceni defense, Florin Tărbac kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sever Baniciu. The Viitorul Berceni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sever Baniciu should have stopped the shot. Sever Baniciu made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Florin Tărbac sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Urtica's zone, Damian Oroveanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dragoş Senin came out of the goal and Damian Oroveanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucian Lăzăroiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Senin having to interfere. Dragoş Senin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vlad Nedelcu in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Augustin Gogea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucian Lăzăroiu struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Dragoş Senin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Viitorul Berceni. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Vlad Nedelcu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Viitorul Berceni's supporters rose to their feet, but Vlad Nedelcu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dragoş Senin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Lucian Lăzăroiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 37 minutes, Petru Miclovan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viitorul Berceni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Petru Miclovan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Petru Miclovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragoş Senin having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Lucian Lăzăroiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lucian Lăzăroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Urtica players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Viitorul Berceni were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristian Curuțiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sever Baniciu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florin Tărbac in the 56th minute of play. Sever Baniciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Gogea in the 57th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucian Lăzăroiu in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragoş Senin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sever Baniciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augustin Gogea in the 61st minute of the match. Augustin Gogea took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sever Baniciu. Sever Baniciu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. 67 minutes into the match, Viitorul Berceni's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Turcescu came free, but Sever Baniciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlad Nedelcu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Dragoş Senin made a huge save. Petru Miclovan scored 2-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dragoş Senin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Gogea in the 77th minute of play forced Viitorul Berceni's goalkeeper Sever Baniciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Vlad Nedelcu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dragoş Senin, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Curuțiu in the 82nd minute of play forced Viitorul Berceni's goalkeeper Sever Baniciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sever Baniciu came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Urtica's Iustin Turcescu. But to his dismay, Iustin Turcescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. If Damian Oroveanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Viitorul Berceni left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Urtica.
