Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fc Dreamers's Doru Dudea started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Fc Dreamers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doru Dudea to maneuver through the defense. Dumitru Slătineanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Ernest Braia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernest Braia made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ionel Reznic sent off a good shot on target. Doru Dudea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Niculae Şerbănescu having to make a save. Ionel Reznic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ernest Braia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernest Braia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dumitru Slătineanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dumitru Slătineanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ernest Braia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aron Dinulescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gigi Neguțu hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Niculae Şerbănescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aron Dinulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute, Doru Dudea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute Dumitru Slătineanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Braia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dumitru Slătineanu made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Ionică Trică hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavril Pipirig struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Ernest Braia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barnova. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dumitru Slătineanu in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ernest Braia saved Fc Dreamers from getting behind. Ernest Braia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionel Reznic in the 57th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Dumitru Slătineanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barnova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Doru Dudea might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niculae Şerbănescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Doru Dudea ran back to his position shaking his head. Ernest Braia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionel Reznic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute, Dumitru Slătineanu made a precise shot to the right of Ernest Braia. Fc Dreamers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Ernest Braia came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Barnova's Dumitru Slătineanu. But to his dismay, Dumitru Slătineanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dumitru Slătineanu in the 86th minute of play forced Fc Dreamers's goalkeeper Ernest Braia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dumitru Slătineanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ernest Braia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
