Dorin Măcrineanu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Leontin Chirea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Dorin Măcrineanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leontin Chirea. Fc Canna Jambe's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dorin Măcrineanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Valer Enătescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Parabol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fc Canna Jambe the free kick. A collision led to Parabol getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Valer Enătescu hit a great ball. Valer Enătescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 17 played minutes Fc Canna Jambe got a freekick which was hit by Albert Bleoancă. In the 18th minute of the match Flavius Fânaru sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leontin Chirea skillfully saved the ball. In the 19th minute, Valer Enătescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fc Canna Jambe's Leontin Chirea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valer Enătescu in the 21st minute of play. After 21 minutes, Corneliu Zbârcea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Canna Jambe and the Parabol players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Fc Canna Jambe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corneliu Zbârcea to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorin Măcrineanu in the 29th minute of play forced Fc Canna Jambe's goalkeeper Leontin Chirea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eric Gârbovan made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Victor Ghiurutan sent off a good shot on target. After 34 minutes, Ştefan Pătran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Canna Jambe and the Parabol players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ştefan Pătran hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Parabol's zone, Victor Ghiurutan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Gârbovan came out of the goal and Victor Ghiurutan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albert Bleoancă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valer Enătescu to make the kick off. If Dorin Măcrineanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valer Enătescu in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leontin Chirea saved Fc Canna Jambe from getting behind. Albert Bleoancă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Gârbovan having to interfere. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Flavius Pitiș sped through Parabol's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eric Gârbovan. Petrică Ailincai charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Petrică Ailincai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Petrică Ailincai hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 79th minute, Fc Canna Jambe's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Valer Enătescu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 81st match minute, Fc Canna Jambe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ionuț Panin to maneuver through the defense. Valer Enătescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Fc Canna Jambe's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Enătescu came free, but Leontin Chirea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valer Enătescu struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Leontin Chirea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parabol. In the 95th minute, Petrică Ailincai fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Valer Enătescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Parabol were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Fc Canna Jambe to leave the ground with a draw.
