Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilian Pantiș in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avram Dorian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paul Vornicu's late challenge caught a Beghinesti FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandrde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilian Pantiș was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilian Pantiș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Emilian Pantiș came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Sandrde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilian Pantiș couldn't finish the play. The Beghinesti FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sandrde were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Vlad Astafiei made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Beghinesti FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilian Pantiș came free, but Avram Dorian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Avram Dorian acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Flavius Gheordunescu. In the 75th minute of the match Aurelian Danciu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Calistrat Capătă skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Paul Vornicu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avram Dorian was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game.
