The Alex Team MZ fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Alex Team MZ's Akis Symeonatos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 24 minutes into the match, Afonsinho Mangueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicodim Stătescu. FC VersatileZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonsinho Mangueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. If Martin Gligor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th match minute, Alex Team MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebiu Giubelean to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Akis Symeonatos in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicodim Stătescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 65 minutes into the game, Aurelian Eniceicu threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alex Team MZ's Matei Murgoci quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Nicodim Stătescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akis Symeonatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Alex Team MZ's Marian Gavruță proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Alex Team MZ from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alex Team MZ fully deserved thier win.
