Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) Răzvan Bornescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Stoiculescu having to interfere. The supporters of Panic booed when Eqlibrum F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Pivniceru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eqlibrum F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Bogdan Donecea scored to the left of an out of position Nae Stoiculescu, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorin Stoleru in the 9th minute of play forced Panic's goalkeeper Alexandru Iurașcu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eqlibrum F.C.'s Dorin Stoleru in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panic's goalie prevented a goal. Valer Pătru struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Alexandru Iurașcu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eqlibrum F.C.. In the 20th minute of the match Laurențiu Trăilă shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexandru Iurașcu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Valer Pătru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Alexandru Iurașcu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nae Stoiculescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Răzvan Bornescu's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Bogdan Donecea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorin Stoleru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexandru Iurașcu having to make a save. Eqlibrum F.C.'s Dorin Stoleru got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Răzvan Bornescu to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Eqlibrum F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduard Panaiteanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute of the match Panic got a corner. Eqlibrum F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dorin Mustea ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Panic's corner Dorin Mustea fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nae Stoiculescu quite easily take care of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Valer Pătru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Eqlibrum F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Bogdan Donecea came free, but Nae Stoiculescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Donecea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Răzvan Bornescu couldn't finish the play. Bogdan Donecea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nae Stoiculescu having to interfere. Alexandru Iurașcu made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Dorin Stoleru sent off a good shot on target. Eqlibrum F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Petru Arsene in the 91st minute. Dorin Stoleru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dorin Stoleru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Panic fans cheered their team off the field, for while Eqlibrum F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
