Spectators: 6817 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1717, VIP seats: 100) Viorel Aluneanu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Viorel Aluneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ion Ene having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mugurel Tolea got free with Ernest Mortu in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Avram Zăvoiu's late challenge caught a Bubulina FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Avram Zăvoiu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Scheia's Avram Zăvoiu got a free kick in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mugurel Tolea got free with Ernest Mortu in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 17 minutes, Victor Curăreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scheia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Curăreanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute Viorel Aluneanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ion Ene saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leontin Murgoci hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the match, Mugurel Tolea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ernest Mortu. Scheia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mugurel Tolea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. A collision led to Scheia getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ernest Mortu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 42 played minutes Bubulina FC got a freekick which was hit by Constantin Pintilie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mugurel Tolea made a kick off. Bubulina FC's Cristi Grigoriu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lucian Marioteanu in the 53 minute of the game. Ion Ene was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Viorel Aluneanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Viorel Aluneanu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. After 58 played minutes Bubulina FC got a freekick which was hit by Petru Petrescu. Ion Ene showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viorel Aluneanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute Mugurel Tolea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Mortu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mugur Tadici fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Scheia's protests and gave Mugur Tadici a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes Scheia got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Tadici. Daniel Dijmărescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernest Mortu having to interfere. Daniel Dijmărescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Bubulina FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
