Ferdinand Tincu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavius Vrânceanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Vacarea AC's Răzvan Brumă got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Avram Coja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Răzvan Brumă, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Răzvan Brumă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avram Coja having to interfere. Răzvan Brumă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Goranesti's supporters rose to their feet, but Flavius Vrânceanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ferdinand Tincu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iosif Brezeanu to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Vacarea AC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavius Vrânceanu came free, but Ferdinand Tincu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Iosif Brezeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vacarea AC's Ferdinand Tincu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Brezeanu in the 57th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vacarea AC's zone, Iosif Brezeanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferdinand Tincu came out of the goal and Iosif Brezeanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flavius Vrânceanu scored 3-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferdinand Tincu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Flavius Neicu kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. If Doru Rada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferdinand Tincu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Vrânceanu in the 78th minute of the match. Răzvan Brumă recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Goranesti booed when Vacarea AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugur Lemnaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iurie Iftodi hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. In the 99th minute of the match Iulian Sârban sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferdinand Tincu skillfully saved the ball.
