Gica06's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santioana the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gica06's Irinel Bobeanu got a free kick in the 13th minute. Mircea Bejgăneanu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Antipa having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Bejgăneanu in the 23rd minute of play forced Santioana's goalkeeper Virgil Antipa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben Osoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Calota went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Mircea Bejgăneanu struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Virgil Antipa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gica06. Virgil Antipa stood somewhat misplaced when Mircea Bejgăneanu came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 39 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mircea Bejgăneanu in the 43rd minute of play forced Santioana's goalkeeper Virgil Antipa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mircea Bejgăneanu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Gica06's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a rather tough play, Gica06's Vasile Trăistaru got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toader Gavruță was the one to do the kick off. Emil Chinezu charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emil Chinezu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Gica06 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emil Chinezu to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Tudor Mara in the 56th minute really tested Ruben Osoro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Sebastian Scutaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgil Antipa having to interfere. Vasile Trăistaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mircea Bejgăneanu struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Santioana's Virgil Antipa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Scutaru in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Gica06's goalkeeper Ruben Osoro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by George Calota. George Ielciu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Virgil Antipa. Santioana's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 85 played minutes Santioana got a freekick which was hit by Nichifor Lixandru. After 87 played minutes Santioana got a freekick which was hit by Nichifor Lixandru. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Mircea Bejgăneanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gica06's supporters rose to their feet, but Mircea Bejgăneanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgil Antipa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgil Antipa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Scutaru in the 92nd minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Gica06 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
