Osvaldo Fontana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Lombera in the 29th minute of play forced FC Super Fortuna's goalkeeper Narcis Pantelimon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Nae Hârțan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Narcis Pantelimon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Osvaldo Fontana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Narcis Pantelimon was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. With a little luck, CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA's Cornel Filimon got control of the ball when Virgil Teodoroiu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Narcis Pantelimon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the game, Nae Hârțan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Narcis Pantelimon. Nae Hârțan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. 91 minutes into the match, FC Super Fortuna's goalkeeper Narcis Pantelimon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Fontana. Osvaldo Fontana who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 93rdth minute tested the skills of Narcis Pantelimon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Virgil Teodoroiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornel Filimon having to interfere. CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
