Spectators: 7717 (Terracing: 5789, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eduard Racoviță made the kick off which started today's match. In the 6th minute of the match, Adrian Mutu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rafael Txatxu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. RETRO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Adrian Mutu scored to the left of an out of position Rafael Txatxu, making the score, 1-0. In the 16th minute, Matei Chelaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. RETRO FC's Rafael Txatxu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save RETRO FC from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Eduard Racoviță notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of YR☆ Village Superstars's Aurelian Panin. Aurelian Panin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eduard Racoviță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the game, Matei Chelaru recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rafael Txatxu. Matei Chelaru showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. When Matei Chelaru came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the YR☆ Village Superstars fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matei Chelaru couldn't finish the play. Filip Hâldan kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Matei Chelaru took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Txatxu. Rafael Txatxu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Mutu to make the kick off. Rafael Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matei Chelaru in the 53rd minute of the match. Eduard Racoviță sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Assis Doro hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Rafael Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edwardo Piñeros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rafael Txatxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matei Chelaru in the 65th minute of play. Rafael Txatxu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matei Chelaru went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrian Mutu in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Txatxu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafael Txatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adrian Mutu's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moez Bejaoui in the 71st minute of play forced RETRO FC's goalkeeper Rafael Txatxu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafael Txatxu came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by YR☆ Village Superstars's Adrian Mutu. But to his dismay, Adrian Mutu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Aron Fecioru managed to get in a good position for a shot. YR☆ Village Superstars's supporters rose to their feet, but Aron Fecioru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rafael Txatxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 81 played minutes YR☆ Village Superstars got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Mutu. YR☆ Village Superstars's Aurelian Panin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save YR☆ Village Superstars from getting a goal against them. Morten Felix charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Morten Felix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes RETRO FC got a freekick which was hit by Morten Felix. In the 88th minute, Adrian Mutu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The YR☆ Village Superstars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. RETRO FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
