Mădălin Bordeianu took the corner. The corner led Zombie Cold Fish's Mădălin Bordeianu to fire away a dangerous shot which Eusebiu Micu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eusebiu Micu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilie Moți, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Germán Burgos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Memduh Ekber's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Mădălin Bordeianu hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Zombie Cold Fish's Germán Burgos got control of the ball when Jaanus Rink tried to sneak it across the goal line. Germán Burgos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Memduh Ekber, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Eusebiu Micu came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Zombie Cold Fish's Bobi Kaludov. But to his dismay, Bobi Kaludov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Memduh Ekber in the 40th minute of play forced Zombie Cold Fish's goalkeeper Germán Burgos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bobi Kaludov kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. After the first half Zombie Cold Fish were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bobi Kaludov made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ilie Moți got free with Eusebiu Micu in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 61st minute Codrin Tripon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germán Burgos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victoria Floresti 1939's Şener Piruz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Zombie Cold Fish. Claudiu Bârlea charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudiu Bârlea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Zombie Cold Fish getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Claudiu Bârlea hit a great ball. Aron Cucerzan kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Eusebiu Micu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bobi Kaludov, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Zombie Cold Fish's Bobi Kaludov got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 81st match minute, Zombie Cold Fish was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Bordeianu to maneuver through the defense. Mircea Orășan charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mircea Orășan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Zombie Cold Fish booed when Victoria Floresti 1939 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mircea Orășan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Germán Burgos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaanus Rink in the 88th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Zombie Cold Fish's goal looked a bit too open when Jaanus Rink came free, but Germán Burgos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Victoria Floresti 1939 players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
