The supporters of Fotbal Club Brasovia booed when FC Valea Dragului GR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horaţiu Mustăcilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augustin Tătaru during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Augustin Tătaru kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Augustin Tătaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Petruț Ghețea was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Ciprian Macovescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Petruț Ghețea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Augustin Tătaru in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Petruț Ghețea, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Augustin Tătarus short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Petruț Ghețea to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 33 played minutes Augustin Tătaru could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 3-0 into the left cross. FC Valea Dragului GR's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Augustin Tătaru 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. Petruț Ghețea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Tătaru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the match, FC Valea Dragului GR's goalkeeper Petruț Ghețea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciprian Macovescu. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augustin Tătaru was the one to do the kick off. Augustin Tătaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petruț Ghețea having to interfere. Ciprian Macovescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Petruț Ghețea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Caragea hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Petruț Ghețea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Tătaru in the 64th minute of play. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Augustin Tătaru sped through FC Valea Dragului GR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Petruț Ghețea. In the 78thth minute of the game Augustin Tătaru who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Valea Dragului GR's Petruț Ghețea was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Augustin Tătaru in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petruț Ghețea saved FC Valea Dragului GR from getting behind. In the 85th match minute, FC Valea Dragului GR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorel Lucănescu to maneuver through the defense. Horaţiu Mustăcilă hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Petruț Ghețea came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Fotbal Club Brasovia's Ciprian Macovescu. But to his dismay, Ciprian Macovescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 93rd minute, Adrian Caragea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute of the match Claudiu Donose shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Petruț Ghețea showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Fotbal Club Brasovia players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
