Liviu Pădureanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eric Dănciulescu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Liviu Pădureanu struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Cosmin Astafei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for x-TreM KiLLerSS. Cosmin Astafei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Pădureanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th match minute, Brisca Sarasau -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Dănciulescu to maneuver through the defense. x-TreM KiLLerSS were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marco van Basten took the corner. The corner ended in Marco van Basten almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Cosmin Astafei did a great save. In the 22nd minute, Lucian Budulea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gigel Tudor was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Marco van Basten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cosmin Astafei having to interfere. Cosmin Astafei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco van Basten in the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of Brisca Sarasau -MM- booed when x-TreM KiLLerSS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liviu Pădureanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Nicolae Chira came free, but Cosmin Astafei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cosmin Astafei came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by x-TreM KiLLerSS's Marco van Basten. But to his dismay, Marco van Basten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 37th minute, Liviu Pădureanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The x-TreM KiLLerSS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liviu Pădureanu in the 42nd minute of play forced Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goalkeeper Cosmin Astafei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Marco van Basten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Brisca Sarasau -MM- defense, Arno Gyselinckx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cosmin Astafei. The Brisca Sarasau -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosmin Astafei should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute Marco van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosmin Astafei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Valentin Mineață to make the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Pădureanu came free, but Cosmin Astafei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, x-TreM KiLLerSS's Liviu Pădureanu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco van Basten in the 55th minute of play forced Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goalkeeper Cosmin Astafei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 56 minutes into the match, x-TreM KiLLerSS's goal looked a bit too open when Ionel Gafița came free, but Gigel Tudor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mirel Lovera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 59 minutes of play, x-TreM KiLLerSS's Marco van Basten made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosmin Astafei was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 64 minutes, Marco van Basten managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. x-TreM KiLLerSS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco van Basten was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mirel Lovera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Cosmin Astafei made a huge save. Marco van Basten received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cosmin Astafei came out and tried to block the shot, but Marco van Basten slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 70th minute. In the 73rd minute Marco van Basten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosmin Astafei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cosmin Astafei was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Marco van Basten capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Marco van Basten really showed his touch with that goal: 1-8. 84 minutes into the match, Nicolae Chira notched a goal, 1-9, to the right of Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Cosmin Astafei. Cosmin Astafei was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Liviu Pădureanu came free, but Cosmin Astafei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Liviu Pădureanu in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosmin Astafei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led to x-TreM KiLLerSS's Mirel Lovera getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. When the match was over x-TreM KiLLerSS could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Brisca Sarasau -MM- throughout the match.
