Constantin Dică could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Cosmin Astafei made a huge save. With a little luck, Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Cosmin Astafei got control of the ball when Constantin Dică tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 21st match minute, FC AdibA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ioan Filimon to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Mineață in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Etxepare saved FC AdibA from getting behind. After 30 minutes, Aristide Vâtcă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brisca Sarasau -MM- and the FC AdibA players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC AdibA booed when Brisca Sarasau -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristide Vâtcă didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes, FC AdibA's Sandu Gordunescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cosmin Astafei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC AdibA reached it. Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Cosmin Astafei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandu Gordunescu in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, FC AdibA's Răzvan Zamfira made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cosmin Astafei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cosmin Astafei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Zamfira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristide Vâtcă struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Rolando Etxepare didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brisca Sarasau -MM-. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Ionel Gafița received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rolando Etxepare tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Valentin Mineață got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC AdibA's Denis Mănescu got a free kick in the 64th minute. Florin Tănăsescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Constantin Dică ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cosmin Astafei was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Valentin Mineață hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ioan Filimon in the 71st minute of play forced Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goalkeeper Cosmin Astafei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Rareș Voda pulled a muscle in his leg after 72 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Sandu Gordunescu's late challenge caught a Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandu Gordunescu helped the player get up and apologised. Rolando Etxepare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristide Vâtcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s Valentin Mineață slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Etxepare. That made the score 3-1 after 77 minutes of play. In the 80th match minute, FC AdibA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Denis Mănescu to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, Brisca Sarasau -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Constantin Dică came free, but Cosmin Astafei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
