With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicu Dragoș in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iustinian Chițac saved F.C Rapid Bucuresti from getting behind. In the 20thth minute of the game Heliodoro Maldonado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C Rapid Bucuresti's Iustinian Chițac was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zhao De Fan struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Gelu Vârnav didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Rapid Bucuresti. With a little luck, F.C Rapid Bucuresti's Iustinian Chițac got control of the ball when Nicu Dragoș tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 31 minutes, Nicolae Jurca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C Rapid Bucuresti and the Donaris FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicu Dragoș to make the kick off. Iustinian Chițac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haşim Tokyay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Nicu Dragoș sped through F.C Rapid Bucuresti's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iustinian Chițac. F.C Rapid Bucuresti's Doru Spiru was substituted for Valentin Onitiu. After 66 played minutes F.C Rapid Bucuresti got a freekick which was hit by Zhao De Fan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haşim Tokyay in the 67th minute of play forced F.C Rapid Bucuresti's goalkeeper Iustinian Chițac to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iustinian Chițac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicu Dragoș in the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicu Dragoș in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iustinian Chițac prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Iustinian Chițac took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicu Dragoș, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Șerban Zbârlea kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. F.C Rapid Bucuresti's Iustinian Chițac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heliodoro Maldonado in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Mihnea Oltean had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustinian Chițac. F.C Rapid Bucuresti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihnea Oltean was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. 85 minutes into the game, Donaris FC's Nicu Dragoș nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iustinian Chițac made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Cornel Beniuc hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. F.C Rapid Bucuresti's Marin Sorin was substituted for Călin Alexe. The supporters of Donaris FC booed when F.C Rapid Bucuresti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornel Beniuc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 played minutes F.C Rapid Bucuresti got a freekick which was hit by Șerban Zbârlea. After some careless play in the F.C Rapid Bucuresti defense, Nicu Dragoș kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iustinian Chițac. The F.C Rapid Bucuresti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iustinian Chițac should have stopped the shot.
