The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When Emil Văcărescu came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the AC MiLaN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Văcărescu couldn't finish the play. In the 92nd minute of the match AC MiLaN got a corner. ABK Black Warriors73's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Filip Vlaicu ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Ionică Vornicescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. AC MiLaN had won after a very even match.
