In the 7th minute, Aurel Zeciu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Allan Lumi, passed just outside the right post. In the 8th minute Volli Hinn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marin Buhuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. POLI TM's Dacian Mărăscu got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the game, Horaţiu Senin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marin Buhuș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marin Buhuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkın Yaren, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Flavius Balaci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF REALCipri's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave POLI TM the free kick. The supporters of POLI TM booed when CF REALCipri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavius Balaci didn't get a good kick on the ball. 30 minutes into the game, POLI TM's Horaţiu Senin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marin Buhuș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Marin Buhuș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horaţiu Senin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. POLI TM's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicodim Popete in the 41st minute. Vasile Petruescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

CF REALCipri's Marin Buhuș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alkın Yaren in the 52nd minute of play. Allan Lumi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurel Zeciu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 played minutes CF REALCipri got a freekick which was hit by Codruț Calota. In the 59th minute, Vasile Petruescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF REALCipri fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. 71 minutes into the match, CF REALCipri's Codruț Calota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Allan Lumi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adam Cărtărescu did an outstanding performance 84 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 2-4 to the right of an irritated Marin Buhuș in the goal. Allan Lumi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Codruț Calota in the 94th minute of play.
