Mugur Amurăriței was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 10th minute, Edgar Vlas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Lucrețiu Oroian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but -Bucovina Siret-'s Mugur Amurăriței was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. -Bucovina Siret-'s Mugur Amurăriței played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Oroian in the 14th minute of play. FC ciufulici's Edgar Vlas got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to FC ciufulici getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Edgar Comarnescu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, -Bucovina Siret-'s Cornel Pumnu got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, FC ciufulici's George Giurcă got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After 23 played minutes -Bucovina Siret- got a freekick which was hit by Tudor Patrichi. Edgar Vlas kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. FC ciufulici's Edgar Vlas got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Virgil Tobă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pompiliu Gherghe fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -Bucovina Siret-'s protests and gave Pompiliu Gherghe a yellow card for diving instead. George Giurcă took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mugur Amurăriței. -Bucovina Siret-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Lucrețiu Oroian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dacian Jecu during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Dacian Jecu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dacian Jecu was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The audience was convinced that Lucrețiu Oroian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mugur Amurăriței was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. The corner ended in George Giurcă almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but -Bucovina Siret-'s Mugur Amurăriței did a great save. After 80 minutes, Doru Răuțchi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC ciufulici and the -Bucovina Siret- players grew even worse after the yellow card. George Giurcă struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Mugur Amurăriței didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC ciufulici. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Giurcă in the 93rd minute of play forced -Bucovina Siret-'s goalkeeper Mugur Amurăriței to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Virgil Tobă hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC ciufulici fans cheered their team off the field, for while -Bucovina Siret- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
