Eintracht Cernavoda's Ioan Ortacu quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Panait Grămescu, made in the 89th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikael Isak got free with Gigel Cozma in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geoboss-My Team's Gigel Cozma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Geoboss-My Team from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincent Jansson in the 95th minute of play forced Eintracht Cernavoda's goalkeeper Ionică Corcoveanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Eintracht Cernavoda supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Eintracht Cernavoda would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
