Dumitru Doloman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 17th minute, Alvin Viru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute Kuuno Tälli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Cozma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigel Cozma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mario Jakobe in the 23rd minute. After having played for 27 minutes, Paja Caniggia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Geoboss-My Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paja Caniggia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuuno Tälli in the 30th minute of play forced Geoboss-My Team's goalkeeper Gigel Cozma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigel Cozma was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stig-Åke Gabrielsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. Dumitru Doloman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paja Caniggia in the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the match Geoboss-My Team got a corner. Viola Invest's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mario Jakobe got free with Gigel Cozma in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Stig-Åke Gabrielsson took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gigel Cozma. Gigel Cozma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Åke Gabrielsson in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Cozma saved Geoboss-My Team from getting behind. Dumitru Doloman made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Paja Caniggia sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute Kuuno Tälli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Cozma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stig-Åke Gabrielsson scored 4-1 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gigel Cozma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68thth minute of the game Gonzo Ivanov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Viola Invest's Dumitru Doloman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gigel Cozma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kuuno Tälli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kuuno Tälli hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 77 minutes play.
