But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulvio Palmisano couldn't finish the play. Eduard Chimeț was a little too slow when Yin Li Ying got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. Paulo Goasdoue might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduard Chimeț. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paulo Goasdoue ran back to his position shaking his head. Eduard Chimeț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Goasdoue in the 11th minute of play. Fulvio Palmisano kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Eintracht Cernavoda's Mikael Isak got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Goasdoue in the 21st minute of play forced EVELYN's goalkeeper Eduard Chimeț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eduard Chimeț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikael Isak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. EVELYN's Eduard Chimeț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Goasdoue in the 25th minute of play. Mikael Isak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Eduard Chimeț made a huge save. The supporters of Eintracht Cernavoda booed when EVELYN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrei Iovulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Paulo Goasdoue sped through EVELYN's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Eduard Chimeț.
