Spectators: 8471 (Terracing: 6354, Seating: 1948, VIP seats: 169) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alex Cunea started the match with the kick off. Shi Li's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavius Ferenț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. Flavius Ferenț came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li. But to his dismay, Shi Li quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Gigel Apăvăloaie sped through Galati Harbour Cats's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octavian Soare. Antoni Dembkowski hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Toacsen in the 9th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Shi Li left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galati Harbour Cats fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Alex Cunea scored 2-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavian Soare, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Shi Li scored 2-3 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flavius Ferenț, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Galati Harbour Cats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mo Yuan Fan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Flavius Ferenț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Li in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Rasnita's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Li came free, but Flavius Ferenț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was a well-played corner which Claudiu Manolescu managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Octavian Soare made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Alex Cunea sent off a good shot on target. In the 37th minute, Shi Li ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Flavius Ferenț was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. When Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rasnita's goalie prevented a goal. Ovidiu Pandrea hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Octavian Soare successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 44th match minute, Galati Harbour Cats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mo Yuan Fan to maneuver through the defense. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Toacsen in the 45th minute of play. Shi Li blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Flavius Ferenț having to make a save. Flavius Ferenț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Li in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 2-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Shi Li stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Flavius Ferenț made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Shi Li sent off a good shot on target. In the 54th minute Gigel Apăvăloaie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octavian Soare didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Cunea went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. When Shi Li came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Galati Harbour Cats fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shi Li couldn't finish the play. Flavius Ferenț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Sticlaru in the 67th minute of play. Flavius Ferenț took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shi Li, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Shi Li had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 85 minutes of play, Rasnita's Dorel Vintilescu made it 4-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavian Soare was left in no man's land by his defense there!
