Muammer Taşcıoğlu was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Ģirts Ozols capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ģirts Ozols really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 9th minute, DZINTARS's Ģirts Ozols ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Muammer Taşcıoğlu. Muammer Taşcıoğlu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bryant Solis in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Muammer Taşcıoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bryant Solis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Muammer Taşcıoğlu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryant Solis in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Muammer Taşcıoğlu saved FC Nereta from getting behind. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Bryant Solis sped through FC Nereta's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Muammer Taşcıoğlu. 22 minutes into the match, DZINTARS's goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Slătineanu came free, but Pål Bergmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Bryant Solis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Muammer Taşcıoğlu was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. A collision led to FC Nereta getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Felix Schuhmacher hit a great ball. In the 36th minute, Egons Ozollapa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, DZINTARS's Saulvedis Salaszemnieks got a free kick in the 50th minute. Muammer Taşcıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kārlis Dzintars in the 52nd minute of the match. Pål Bergmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Slătineanu in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bryant Solis in the 60th minute of play forced FC Nereta's goalkeeper Muammer Taşcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute DZINTARS were awarded a corner. Egons Ozollapa went to the cornerflag to take it. Bryant Solis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muammer Taşcıoğlu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ģirts Ozols in the 69th minute of play forced FC Nereta's goalkeeper Muammer Taşcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muammer Taşcıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ģirts Ozols, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yan Yu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The throw-in from Saulvedis Salaszemnieks in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Nereta's Santos Cerilo. Santos Cerilo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. FC Nereta's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bryant Solis in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Muammer Taşcıoğlu saved FC Nereta from getting behind. Muammer Taşcıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryant Solis in the 87th minute of the match. The supporters of DZINTARS booed when FC Nereta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Tankovich didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute Egons Ozollapa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Muammer Taşcıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Egons Ozollapa scored 6-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Muammer Taşcıoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. DZINTARS had played much better football throughout.
