With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sotiris Karamaounas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the game, ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS's Vasilis Karapialis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sotiris Karamaounas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Sotiris Karamaounas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 16th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Charis Veletzas's late challenge caught a Sougia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Charis Veletzas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Sougia FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Loukas Siradakis hit a great ball. Babbis Terzis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28thth minute of the game Vasilis Karapialis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sougia FC's Sotiris Karamaounas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ercan Beyhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thodoris Fragos in the 30th minute of play. Sotiris Karamaounas made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Vasilis Karapialis sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Vasilis Karapialis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Babbis Terzis managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Babbis Terzis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sotiris Karamaounas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vasilis Karapialis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 37th playminute. Sotiris Karamaounas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Terzis in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Vasilis Karapialis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sotiris Karamaounas. The goal made the score 4-0. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thodoris Fragos made a kick off. Sotiris Karamaounas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vasilis Karapialis in the 55th minute of the match. Sotiris Karamaounas came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS's Vasilis Karapialis. But to his dismay, Vasilis Karapialis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Ercan Beyhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thodoris Fragos, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a rather tough play, ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS's Alexis Chrysafis got a free kick in the 65th minute. Sougia FC's Sotiris Karamaounas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasilis Karapialis in the 69th minute of play. Thodoris Fragos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Babbis Terzis struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Sotiris Karamaounas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ΧΑΤΖΗΚΥΡΙΑΚΕΙΟ PIRAEUS. Sotiris Karamaounas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasilis Karapialis in the 78th minute of play. Vasilis Karapialis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sotiris Karamaounas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Babbis Terzis's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Babbis Terzis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sotiris Karamaounas having to interfere. Sotiris Karamaounas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasilis Karapialis went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score.
