Giorgos Skilitsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tasos Lazaridis in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kyriakos Egomitis in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giorgos Skilitsis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute Kyriakos Egomitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giorgos Skilitsis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Tasos Lazaridis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermis Milonakos hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th play minute Tasos Lazaridis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Giorgos Skilitsis. 1-3. The Pιfka FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
