Fanari FC's Miltiadis Mantas got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With his leg Periklis Kalamatas managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Kalamos FC's Thomas Tzirakis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Hong De Cheng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Periklis Kalamatas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Periklis Kalamatas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Periklis Kalamatas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hong De Cheng in the 21st minute of play. Hong De Cheng recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Hong De Cheng came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Kalamos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hong De Cheng couldn't finish the play. Periklis Kalamatas made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Thomas Tzirakis sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miltiadis Mantas in the 34th minute of play forced Kalamos FC's goalkeeper Giotis Mitras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes Kalamos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alkaios Prichtis. 39 minutes into the game, Hong De Cheng lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Periklis Kalamatas. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Thomas Tzirakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kalamos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Tzirakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Periklis Kalamatas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Periklis Kalamatas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hong De Cheng's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Thomas Tzirakis sped through Fanari FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Periklis Kalamatas.

53 minutes into the game, Lazaros Kabouroglou was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fanari FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalamos FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fanari FC's Lazaros Kabouroglou got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Periklis Kalamatas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Tzirakis in the 54th minute of the match. When Trifon Vrettos fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fanari FC's protests and gave Trifon Vrettos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fanari FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Trifon Vrettos hit a great ball. Fanari FC's Periklis Kalamatas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hong De Cheng in the 55th minute of play. In the 62nd minute Thomas Tzirakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Periklis Kalamatas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 64th minute, Kalamos FC's Bruno Cassone seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bruno Cassone the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kalamos FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bruno Cassone had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 64th minute of the game. One of Kalamos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fanari FC:s goal. Kalamos FC:s Giotis Mitras showed great skill when he stopped Dorotheos Kaklamanakos:s penalty. With a little luck, Kalamos FC's Giotis Mitras got control of the ball when Ntinos Chatzopoulos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute Thomas Tzirakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Periklis Kalamatas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thomas Tzirakis in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Periklis Kalamatas saved Fanari FC from getting behind. If Thomas Tzirakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kalamos FC's Alf-Inge Haaland was substituted for Thomas Tzirakis. After some careless play in the Fanari FC defense, Alf-Inge Haaland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Periklis Kalamatas. The Fanari FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Periklis Kalamatas should have stopped the shot. Periklis Kalamatas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alf-Inge Haaland's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. If Esbjörn Kielstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alf-Inge Haaland in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Periklis Kalamatas saved Fanari FC from getting behind. In the 92nd minute, Alf-Inge Haaland got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alf-Inge Haaland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Periklis Kalamatas having to interfere. Esbjörn Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Periklis Kalamatas having to interfere. The Kalamos FC fans' excitement grew in the 97th match minute when Kalamos FC's Alf-Inge Haaland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kalamos FC fully deserved thier win.
