Kleanthis Loukopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valerios Batakis in the 6th minute of play. Kostas Karagiannopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the game, Poseidonas Glyfadas's Leonidas Dedes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Neil Maddern made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valerios Batakis in the 19th minute of play forced Poseidonas Glyfadas's goalkeeper Kleanthis Loukopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kostas Karagiannopoulos hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 21 minutes into the match, Poseidonas Glyfadas's goal looked a bit too open when Valerios Batakis came free, but Kleanthis Loukopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kleanthis Loukopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valerios Batakis in the 25th minute of play. astrapi's Valerios Batakis got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 minutes, Dino Pomponio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the astrapi and the Poseidonas Glyfadas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Valerios Batakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Valerios Batakis hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Poseidonas Glyfadas's Kleanthis Loukopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Pomponio in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Valerios Batakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Valerios Batakis might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kleanthis Loukopoulos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valerios Batakis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 54th minute, Kostas Spanakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute of the match Marios Saravakos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Neil Maddern showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Valerios Batakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. astrapi's supporters rose to their feet, but Valerios Batakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kleanthis Loukopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valerios Batakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kleanthis Loukopoulos having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Leonidas Dedes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stergios Kallitzakis hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, astrapi's Stergios Kallitzakis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kleanthis Loukopoulos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonidas Dedes in the 81st minute of play forced astrapi's goalkeeper Neil Maddern to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neil Maddern showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonidas Dedes in the 86th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes astrapi got a freekick which was hit by Veniamin Kontopanos. Leonidas Dedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th match minute, astrapi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Pomponio to maneuver through the defense. Poseidonas Glyfadas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
