Glory United's Konstantinos Tsachalis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitris Kavouropoulos in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th match minute, Glory United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charalambos Fragopoulos to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Stelios Maloumidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimitris Kavouropoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Konstantinos Tsachalis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Konstantinos Tsachalis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Drafi's Waclaw Jaszyna shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Iakovos Kapetanos scored 0-3 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konstantinos Tsachalis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Drafi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Stelios Maloumidis put it in 1-6 from a short distance just to the right of Konstantinos Tsachalis. The Glory United players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Drafi were winning 1-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iakovos Kapetanos was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute Iakovos Kapetanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantinos Tsachalis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charalambos Fragopoulos in the 59th minute of play forced Drafi's goalkeeper Thanos Solomos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A throw-in in the 64th minute of the game was made by Nontas Karagounis with Thomas Stergiou as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. A collision led to Drafi getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Waclaw Jaszyna hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Iakovos Kapetanos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Konstantinos Tsachalis, 1-7. Glory United's Konstantinos Tsachalis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Glory United from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Glory United defense, Stelios Maloumidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstantinos Tsachalis. The Glory United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstantinos Tsachalis should have stopped the shot. Glory United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Iakovos Kapetanos scored to the left of an out of position Konstantinos Tsachalis, making the score, 1-10. The Glory United fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Drafi were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
