With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stavros Kollias in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ed Warner saved Backupαδες from getting behind. Lipochσrion's Stavros Kollias was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Stratos Petras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mars Varkaris in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Backupαδες's Konstantinos Tsimilis got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Mars Varkaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stratos Petras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes Lipochσrion's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aimilios Adamopoulos who took care of the corner kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Stavros Kollias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ed Warner. That made the score 2-0 in the 23 minute of play. Eugenios Benetatos hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 28th minute, Paris Tochouroglou reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ed Warner. The goal made the score 3-0. Mars Varkaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stratos Petras having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Lipochσrion's goal looked a bit too open when Mars Varkaris came free, but Stratos Petras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestoras Pinezas kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Ed Warner was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Stavros Kollias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 39 minute of play. Backupαδες's Ed Warner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stavros Kollias in the 43rd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Lipochσrion booed when Backupαδες was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Projko Tzanakakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mars Varkaris in the 82nd minute of play forced Lipochσrion's goalkeeper Stratos Petras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Backupαδες's Achilleas Vaitsis was substituted for Omiros Botitsis. Konstantinos Tsimilis hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Eugenios Benetatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ed Warner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
