Marios Likouris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marios Likouris in the 17th minute of play forced Amfithea Hotspur's goalkeeper Valerios Paboulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 played minutes AO BEKIANIKA got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Skonieczny. Marios Likouris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Valerios Paboulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dionysis Stamatious short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Tolek Turek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 25th minute of the match Amfithea Hotspur got a corner. Minas Tsirkos made a great header on Amfithea Hotspur's corner, it was just that AO BEKIANIKA's Tolek Turek managed to reach the ball for a save. After 26 played minutes Amfithea Hotspur got a freekick which was hit by Panos Kavouroglou. Valerios Paboulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iason Kroustallis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iason Kroustallis took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valerios Paboulis. Valerios Paboulis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tolek Turek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionysis Stamatiou, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Marios Likouris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerios Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valerios Paboulis came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by AO BEKIANIKA's Dionysis Adamidis. But to his dismay, Dionysis Adamidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Konstantinos Psiloglous short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Tolek Turek to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dionysis Stamatiou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tolek Turek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vassilis Pirovolidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Marios Likouris sped through Amfithea Hotspur's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valerios Paboulis. Valerios Paboulis made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Iason Kroustallis sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th minute, Dionysis Stamatiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute Marios Likouris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valerios Paboulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the game, Simos Sobolos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AO BEKIANIKA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amfithea Hotspur the free kick. A collision led to AO BEKIANIKA getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Simos Sobolos hit a great ball. Valerios Paboulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marios Likouris in the 96th minute of play. AO BEKIANIKA's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
