Nektarios Varveris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Toutourouki f.c.'s goalkeeper Akis Sarafis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucius Malfoy. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alekos Voreadis got free with Akis Sarafis in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Toutourouki f.c.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Grzegorz Krychowiak was slow to take the kick. During this time BPS F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Pipis Karapatakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nektarios Varveris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pipis Karapatakis in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, BPS F.C.'s Lucius Malfoy dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in BPS F.C.'s zone, Pipis Karapatakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nektarios Varveris came out of the goal and Pipis Karapatakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, Pipis Karapatakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toutourouki f.c. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Alekos Voreadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. BPS F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alekos Voreadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akis Sarafis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 30 minutes, Pipis Karapatakis made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. BPS F.C.'s Nektarios Varveris tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, BPS F.C.'s Chatziioannou Valeras got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Nektarios Varveris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pipis Karapatakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ted Lasso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toutourouki f.c.'s Akis Sarafis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alekos Voreadis in the 42nd minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pipis Karapatakis was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Ted Lasso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Akis Sarafis was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Akis Sarafis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ted Lasso in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Pipis Karapatakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mao Shu Gang made a great header on Toutourouki f.c.'s corner, it was just that BPS F.C.'s Nektarios Varveris managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, BPS F.C.'s Nektarios Varveris got control of the ball when Gabriel Niitsoo tried to sneak it across the goal line. BPS F.C.'s Bin Shevchenko was substituted for Lucius Malfoy. Nektarios Varveris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Niitsoo in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Niitsoo in the 94th minute of play forced BPS F.C.'s goalkeeper Nektarios Varveris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Toutourouki f.c. players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
