Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rami Seva started the match with the kick off. After 9 played minutes Östrabyugo IFK got a freekick which was hit by Voitto Toivanen. After 10 minutes, Otso Snellman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östrabyugo IFK and the CSKA petalax united players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of CSKA petalax united booed when Östrabyugo IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Otso Snellman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Voitto Toivanen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CSKA petalax united's Antti Jylhä was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Otso Snellman hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Tauno Jokiranta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pellervo Heinikallio was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After 24 played minutes Östrabyugo IFK got a freekick which was hit by Otso Snellman. Pellervo Heinikallio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rami Seva in the 25th minute of the match. Jussi Vuorio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Antti Jylhä tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Timo Korkeakoski made a precise shot to the right of Antti Jylhä. CSKA petalax united's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Pellervo Heinikallio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rami Seva, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Jussi Vuorio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Östrabyugo IFK's Jussi Vuorio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 39th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jussi Vuorio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Uuno Lindfors's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antti Jylhä read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Rami Seva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pellervo Heinikallio having to interfere. Antti Jylhä made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jussi Vuorio in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jussi Vuorio in the 72nd minute of play forced CSKA petalax united's goalkeeper Antti Jylhä to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antti Jylhä showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jussi Vuorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Antti Jylhä took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jussi Vuorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jussi Vuorio in the 82nd minute of play forced CSKA petalax united's goalkeeper Antti Jylhä to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Timo Korkeakoski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Östrabyugo IFK's Timo Korkeakoski got a free kick in the 90th minute. If Tauno Jokiranta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jussi Vuorio struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Antti Jylhä didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Östrabyugo IFK. Östrabyugo IFK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
