After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ilkka Huuhtanen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juhapekka Snellman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Kustaa Esala kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beniamin Chuchro. That made the score 1-2 in the 37 minute of play. Juhapekka Snellman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kyösti Puumala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45thth minute of the game Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool FC's Juhapekka Snellman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 played minutes SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans got a freekick which was hit by Kağan Adar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pentti Ojala was the one to do the kick off. Juhapekka Snellman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fatih-Sultan Mehmet, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 72 minutes of play, SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans's Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juhapekka Snellman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Liverpool FC's Juhapekka Snellman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub in the 77th minute of play. Beniamin Chuchro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SaarijärvenSomaliSpartans eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
