Spectators: 8050 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Shaker Hamdy kicked off to start the match. Alaa Yasser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mubarak Mubarak, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. 10 minutes into the match, Atf's goalkeeper Gamal Ismail had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezz Khalil. If Mubarak Mubarak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gamal Ismail took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shaker Hamdy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 17 minutes of play, Zamalek SC's Ezz Khalil made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gamal Ismail was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute Shaker Hamdy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gamal Ismail saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atf's Gamal Ismail played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shaker Hamdy in the 24th minute of play. If Mubarak Mubarak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Shaker Hamdy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gamal Ismail saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Atf booed when Zamalek SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ezz Khalil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Ghali Kordy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atf's supporters rose to their feet, but Ghali Kordy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alaa Yasser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 35 played minutes Zamalek SC got a freekick which was hit by Tarek Burhan. In the 37th minute, Rabie Aaser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ezz Khalil hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 47th match minute, Zamalek SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ezz Khalil to maneuver through the defense.

In the 56th minute Ghali Kordy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alaa Yasser saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 minutes, Kamel Hakeem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zamalek SC and the Atf players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Zamalek SC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Kamel Hakeem hit a great ball. Mubarak Mubarak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaa Yasser having to interfere. Ghali Kordy took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alaa Yasser. Alaa Yasser dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 63 minutes, Mubarak Mubarak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atf and the Zamalek SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Atf got a freekick which was hit by Mubarak Mubarak. Ezz Khalil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Rabie Aaser was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. A collision led to Zamalek SC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Rabie Aaser hit a great ball. With a little luck, Zamalek SC's Alaa Yasser got control of the ball when Mubarak Mubarak tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Zamalek SC's Ezz Khalil got a free kick in the 77th minute. Moataz Darweesh kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Atf's goal looked a bit too open when Shaker Hamdy came free, but Gamal Ismail reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ghali Kordy might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alaa Yasser. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ghali Kordy ran back to his position shaking his head. Zamalek SC's Alaa Yasser proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Zamalek SC from getting a goal against them. Mubarak Mubarak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alaa Yasser having to interfere. Mubarak Mubarak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Alaa Yasser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atf were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Zamalek SC to leave the ground with a draw.
